BIDC Dental Work Warranty

BIDC does our dental works to the best of our ability. We are detailed, diligent and careful. Our procedures and processes are established based on dental research, studies and standard controls in ensuring that a neffective, safe and reliable choice of treatment is provided. BIDC thus provides a LOCAL guarantee on our dental labworks, equal to or better than established international standards.

Despite the high control standards, dental works do occasionally not last as long due to various reasons. BIDC is always at the forefront of leading the way in providing new standards for dental profession and assures you individualized personal care is given. The treatment recommended by us for your oral health is dependent on each individual's specific needs. Each treatment is carefully customized after a thorough diagnosis and consultation. It is imperative to continue caring for teeth and gums back home as well as scheduling routine dental cleaning and professional exams as the long-term success of treatment is dependent on your oral health care.

All our crowns, bridges, veneers, inlays, onlays and dentures labworks due has a one year LOCAL warranty due to material or manufactural issues. The guarantee covers our time and the cost of the necessary materials. It does not however cover the cost of travel, accommodation, overseas dental expenses made by other dentists back home done post treatment or consequential losses that may be incurred.

If there are any material and manufactural issues with the crowns, bridges, veneers, inlays, onlays and dentures labworks, this will be replaced for the patient within a one year period from the date of fixation by our dental specialists and clinics.

The local warranty covers any material faults for crowns, bridges, veneers, inlays, onlays and dentures. The local warranty does not cover chips or damage to the dental works due to secondary cavities, gum infection, issues arising from surrounding/adjacent teeth nor accidents The local warranty does not cover damage of dental works caused by or related to other dentists work done post treatrment. BIDC is not liable for any unforeseen root canal treatment after having tooth/teeth prepared for crown & bridgework.

BIDC does not take responsibility for prior or continual dental works done by other dentists. The local warranty will be voided if the dental works are adjusted or modified by other dentists post treatment unless prior written notice of adjustments/modifications with our dental specialists consent/response is given to us by email at contact@bangkokdentalcenter.com or calling us at +66 2 692 4433.
